Common questions

How do I add an event?

Tap the add button and type the details, or add one from a photo or screenshot — NeverLate reads the date, time and place for you so you don't have to retype it.

How do reminders and alarms work?

Each event can be set to one of three levels: no alerts, standard reminders, or must-not-miss alarms. The strongest level uses a full alarm that breaks through Silent and Focus, for the things you truly can't miss.

Why does it ask for my location?

Only to work out how long it'll take you to get somewhere and to find parking, so it can tell you when to leave. You can plan without it, and you can turn location off any time in iOS Settings.

How do I connect my calendar?

Allow calendar access when prompted, or turn it on in iOS Settings → NeverLate. In NeverLate's calendar settings, Read controls which calendars appear. Write lets events created in NeverLate appear in one chosen calendar. Edit is optional per calendar and allows changes or deletions to be shared back. NeverLate asks before removing shared events.

Is my data private?

Your events and plans stay on your device, and we never sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

A feature isn't working after I tapped “Don't Allow.”

Some features need a permission (calendar, location, photos, notifications). Open iOS Settings → NeverLate and turn the relevant one on, then try again.

Requirements

NeverLate runs on iPhone with iOS 26.2 or later.
