NeverLate · Last updated: 18 July 2026

The short version

This policy explains what NeverLate (“the app”, “we”) does with your information. This app is made by NeverLate. If anything here is unclear, email us at neverlatesupport@gmail.com.

What stays on your device

Almost everything. The events you add, the calendar entries you import, your timelines, reminders and settings are stored locally on your iPhone. We do not upload them to a NeverLate account, because there is no NeverLate account.

Calendar access

If you allow it, NeverLate reads events from the device calendars you connect so it can show and plan around them. Reading is enabled per calendar. You can separately choose a calendar where events you create in NeverLate are copied, and you can allow NeverLate to edit or delete events in a particular calendar. Shared categories are written as a visible NeverLate tag in the calendar event's notes. If you choose to transfer reminders to NeverLate, the app temporarily removes supported alarms from the source calendar event, stores a local copy, and restores them when the transfer is undone.

Where some data goes, and why

To make certain features work, the app sends limited data to the service providers below. Each is used only for the purpose listed.

These providers handle data under their own privacy policies: Google, Firebase, PostHog, RevenueCat.

Permissions the app may ask for

You can change any of these any time in the iOS Settings app. If you turn one off, the related feature simply won't run — the rest of the app keeps working.

What we don't do

Keeping and deleting your data

Data stored only inside NeverLate is removed when you delete the app. Calendar entries that NeverLate copied, edited or tagged live in your chosen calendar service and may remain there after the app is deleted; remove them in your calendar app if you no longer want them. Information sent to the providers above is kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose and under their policies. To ask us to identify or delete analytics data associated with the app's generated identifier, email neverlatesupport@gmail.com. You can withdraw calendar, photo, location and notification access at any time in iOS Settings.

Children

NeverLate is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data, we'll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
